Smoking? Only outdoors, please!

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. The walls like to stay white, and the air fresh and clean... not scented with tobacco.

The fireplace is lovely... but just to look at

Yes, we know — it’s charming and atmospheric. But the fireplace is purely decorative, so please don’t light it. It’s the kind of fire that only warms the heart (and looks great on Instagram).

The house isn’t into parties (sadly!)

Out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful setting, events and loud parties are not allowed. But relaxed aperitivos and laughter on the couch? Highly encouraged.

Check-in and check-out with style

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Punctuality is appreciated, so we can prepare Casa Gio' perfectly for the next guests.

We recycle with love

Casa Gio' loves the environment too! Please separate your waste following the instructions you’ll find in the house. Don’t worry — there’s a little guide to help you out.

The house likes to stay tidy

We’re not asking for perfection, but a bit of care is always appreciated. Treat it like your cool aunt’s home — not the place where you celebrated New Year’s Eve 2009.

Four-legged friends? Better not

For hygiene reasons and out of respect for all our guests, pets are not allowed. Even if we’re sure Fido is extremely well-behaved!
