🗓️ Cancellation & Payment Policy (aka “The Rules of the Game”)

Hey, we know life is unpredictable sometimes, like the weather at the Lido.

So here's how our booking game works, so there are no surprises (just good memories):



💸 Payments:

• To book Casa Gio', we require 50% of the total amount within 10 days of arrival.
• The rest? We'll be expecting it within 5 days – yes, we want to sleep soundly too!

🚫 Cancellations:

• If you notify us more than 10 days in advance, no problem: we'll refund your entire payment, we promise!
• Between 10 and 5 days before arrival? We'll keep 50%. Oh, someone has to pay for the neighbor's coffee, who helps us keep Casa Gio' tidy.
• Less than 5 days, or if you just don't show up? Well, then the entire amount stays with us—Casa Gio' doesn't like last-minute surprises!
