Terms and conditions
Please read these terms and conditions and the following important information carefully before proceeding with your booking of Casa Gio'.
Contract: The contract will be concluded directly with the owner of the house. You can make your reservation by phone, email or through our website. By accepting our services, you also accept these terms and conditions.
Prices: We reserve the right to make changes and corrections to published prices, services or other details on our websites before confirming your booking. Any changes or errors will be communicated promptly and the final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Payments: The final confirmation of your reservation will be with full payment via the listed payment methods. We do not accept cheque payments and we reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled if we do not receive payment within the stipulated time.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be notified and confirmed immediately by email. If the cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained; within 5 days, 100% will be retained. Cancellations will be accepted only if requested by the reservation holder.
Changes/Modifications of Reservations: Any request for change will be evaluated according to availability. We will always do our best to meet your needs.
Guest’s Liability: The guest is responsible for the property and we expect you to take reasonable care of it. Leave the property in reasonable condition. And he is responsible for any damage to property, its contents or third parties who visit the property, caused also by a member of the group or any person outside the group. Full payment of such damages or losses shall be made directly to the owner of the accommodation, manager or other supplier upon departure. If, in our reasonable judgment or the reasonable judgment of any other person in authority, the guest or any member of the group behaves in such a way as to cause or potentially cause danger, inconvenience or disturbance to third parties or property damage, we have the right, without notice, to terminate the holiday of the person/people concerned. In this situation, the person concerned will be required to leave the accommodation. We will have no further liability to such person, including any arrangements for return travel. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any fees or expenses incurred as a result of the termination. We strongly recommend that you take out a personal insurance policy to provide protection for your personal liability.

Excursions, Activities and Information on the Website: Where any reference to local services, activities or excursions is made, these are intended for the convenience of customers. They are provided by local operators or other third parties which are completely independent of us. They are not part of our contract with you even when we suggest particular operators or other third parties and/or assist you in booking such activities or excursions in any way. We cannot accept any liability on any basis in connection with such activities or excursions and acceptance of the responsibility of our booking conditions will not apply to them. We cannot always guarantee the accuracy of information provided in connection with such services, activities or excursions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Arrivals and departures: Arrival at the property is expected from 15:00. Please leave the property by 10.00.
Cleaning: Please leave the house clean and tidy. An additional charge will be charged for extra cleaning or for the house left in unreasonable condition.
Separate collection: Please follow the rules for separate collection. You will be required to pay a penalty in case of violation.
Gas and Electricity: Consumption will be included, according to the property’s specifications.
Heating/Air conditioning: The cost of heating/air conditioning is included in the rent.
Linen and towels: The linen (sheets and pillowcases) and towels (towels, dish towels and bath towels) are included. Extra linen and/or towel change during the stay can be provided upon prior request and at an additional cost.
Pets: No pets are allowed in the property.
